At Ashi Creation, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof of the issue.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Used or worn jewellery.

• Items returned without the original packaging.

• Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Change of mind or personal preference.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
